Notre client recherche un(e) Product Owner CRM & Personnalisation pour piloter la stratgie et l'excution des initiatives de rtention, d'engagement et de personnalisation client sur les canaux numriques. Le rle s'inscrit au sein de l'quipe Digital Product et vise maximiser la valeur client long terme grce des expriences bases sur les donnes.
Vous serez le lien entre la stratgie d'affaires, les insights clients, l'analytique et la technologie, en transformant les objectifs de rtention en une feuille de route produit claire et actionnable. Une partie importante du rle consiste optimiser le parcours client post-acquisition afin d'augmenter l'engagement, les achats rpts et la fidlit aux diffrentes marques.
Vous serez responsable de la gestion et de l'volution de la base de donnes client centrale (" golden data set "), en assurant sa qualit, sa scalabilit et sa capacit alimenter la personnalisation en temps rel, la segmentation et l'automatisation marketing. Vous collaborerez troitement avec les quipes techniques pour soutenir les intgrations systme, notamment dans l'cosystme Salesforce, et garantir des flux de donnes fiables entre les plateformes.
Sur le plan oprationnel, vous serez pleinement responsable du backlog produit en mode Agile : rdaction des user stories, dfinition des critres d'acceptation et priorisation des initiatives (nouvelles fonctionnalits, optimisations et dette technique). Vous piloterez les fonctionnalits de bout en bout, de l'idation jusqu'au lancement et l'optimisation continue.
Vous dfinirez et suivrez les indicateurs de performance cls tels que le taux de rtention, le churn, la conversion et l'engagement, en vous appuyant sur les donnes et les tests pour guider les dcisions. Une forte collaboration avec les quipes CRM, marketing, analytique, TI et cratives est essentielle pour assurer l'alignement et la livraison rapide de solutions impact.
Exigences principales :
  • 5+ annes d'exprience en tant que Product Owner dans un environnement retail, e-commerce ou digital orient client
  • Solide exprience en CRM, parcours client et stratgies de personnalisation
  • Exprience avec Salesforce Marketing Cloud et/ou Braze (obligatoire)
  • Connaissance de Salesforce Commerce Cloud et Experience Cloud (atout important)
  • Bonne comprhension des architectures de donnes, API et plateformes de donnes clients (CDP)
  • Exprience confirme en Agile/Scrum avec ownership complet du backlog
  • Excellentes comptences en communication et capacit travailler entre quipes techniques et non techniques

Our client is looking for a Product Owner, CRM & Personalization to lead the strategy and execution of customer retention, engagement, and personalization initiatives across digital channels. This role sits within the Digital Product team and is focused on improving long-term customer value through data-driven experiences.
You will act as the bridge between business strategy, customer insights, analytics, and technology-translating retention goals into a clear and actionable product roadmap. A major part of your role is owning the post-acquisition customer journey, with a focus on increasing engagement, repeat purchases, and loyalty across multiple brands.
You will be responsible for managing and evolving the core customer data foundation ("golden data set"), ensuring it is accurate, scalable, and capable of powering real-time personalization, segmentation, and marketing automation. You will work closely with technical teams to support system integrations, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem, and ensure smooth data flows across platforms.
On the execution side, you will fully own the Agile product backlog, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing work across new features, optimization efforts, and technical debt. You will lead features from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring continuous improvement of the customer experience.
You will also define and track key performance indicators such as retention rate, churn, conversion, and engagement, using data and experimentation to guide decisions. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (CRM, marketing, analytics, IT, and creative) is essential to align priorities and deliver impactful customer experiences.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Product Owner experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-focused digital environments
  • Experience in CRM, customer journey optimization, and personalization strategies
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze (required)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Experience Cloud (strong asset)
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, APIs, customer data platforms (CDPs), and data flows
  • Proven Agile/Scrum experience with full backlog ownership
  • Strong communication skills and ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders

The ideal candidate is highly data-fluent, customer-obsessed, and comfortable making prioritization trade-offs to deliver scalable, personalized digital experiences that drive long-term retention and growth.
