Dans ce rle, vous aiderez l'entreprise prendre des dcisions plus claires en mesurant l'efficacit marketing, en amliorant l'infrastructure de suivi, et en guidant l'allocation des budgets travers les canaux numriques (recherche payante, mdias sociaux, affilis, CRM).

ResponsabilitsPerformance marketing & mesure- valuer la performance des mdias payants et identifier des opportunits d'optimisation du ROAS
- Raliser des analyses d'attribution (multi-touch et last-click)
- Analyser la performance des canaux travers tout le funnel marketing
MMM & incrmentalit- Grer et faire voluer le modle de Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
- Construire des modles conomtriques pour mesurer la contribution des canaux
- Concevoir et excuter des tests d'incrmentalit (geo tests, lift tests, marchs apparis)
- Utiliser des approches de causalit pour valider l'impact marketing
Donnes & analytique- Manipuler des donnes grande chelle via SQL (BigQuery/Snowflake) et Python/R
- Dvelopper des modles et outils d'aide la dcision
- Crer des tableaux de bord et outils analytiques en libre-service
Tracking & infrastructure- Collaborer avec les quipes techniques pour assurer un tracking fiable (GA4, tagging)
- Traduire les besoins d'affaires en spcifications de mesure
- Garantir la cohrence entre donnes, rapports et modles
Insights & stratgie- Fournir des recommandations claires sur l'allocation des budgets
- Influencer les dcisions marketing grce des analyses rigoureuses
- Collaborer avec plusieurs quipes (paid media, CRM, analytics)
Profil recherch- 5 7+ ans d'exprience en analytique marketing ou data science
- Exprience en MMM et/ou tests d'incrmentalit
- Bonne comprhension des mdias payants et de l'attribution
- Solides comptences en SQL et Python (ou R)
- Exprience avec BigQuery ou Snowflake
- Forte base en statistiques et exprimentation
- Capacit traduire des analyses complexes en recommandations d'affaires

About the RoleWe are looking for a
senior Analyst, Performance Marketing & Measurement to act as the analytical engine behind our marketing strategy.
In this role, you will help the business make smarter, data-driven decisions by measuring marketing effectiveness, improving tracking infrastructure, and guiding budget allocation across digital channels (paid search, social, affiliates, CRM).
This is a
high-impact, hands-on role where you will combine data science, marketing analytics, and experimentation to influence how marketing investments are optimized.
What You'll DoMarketing Performance & Measurement- Evaluate paid media performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ROAS
- Lead attribution analysis, including multi-touch and last-click reconciliation
- Analyze channel performance across the full funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
MMM & Incrementality- Own and evolve the Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) framework
- Build and maintain econometric models to measure channel contribution
- Design and run incrementality tests (geo holdouts, matched markets, conversion lift)
- Use causal inference to validate marketing impact and guide investment decisions
Data & Analytics- Work hands-on with large datasets using SQL (BigQuery/Snowflake) and Python/R
- Build models and frameworks to support marketing decision-making
- Develop dashboards and self-serve analytics tools
Tracking & Measurement Infrastructure- Partner with engineering teams to ensure accurate tracking (GA4, tagging, data pipelines)
- Translate business needs into measurement specifications
- Ensure consistency across reporting, raw data, and modeling inputs
Strategic Insights- Deliver clear, actionable insights to marketing and leadership teams
- Recommend budget allocation and optimization strategies
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders with data-driven storytelling
What We're Looking For- 5-7+ years in marketing analytics, data science, or measurement
- Strong experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and/or incrementality testing
- Solid knowledge of paid media performance and attribution
- Advanced skills in SQL + Python (or R)
- Experience working with BigQuery or Snowflake
- Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation (causal inference, regression, testing)
- Ability to translate complex analysis into business impact
