Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager/Director to oversee the technical operations of a production clinical platform in Jacksonville, Florida. This role involves managing a range of technologies, including real-time video streaming, patient data integration, and insurance claim submissions, while ensuring system reliability and security. The ideal candidate will lead the platform's development and establish robust engineering practices, driving excellence in technology governance and performance.
Responsibilities:
Govern the architecture and cost management of cloud infrastructure across development, testing, and production environments.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, release management processes, and deployment procedures.
Monitor platform performance through observability tools, ensuring uptime targets and proactive alerting systems.
Implement security protocols and remediation measures in collaboration with compliance teams.
Design and manage clinical integration systems, including PointClickCare, ClaimsMD, and HL7 pipelines.
Oversee offshore development workflows, ensuring adherence to code review standards and architecture approvals.
Plan and execute the transition to a U.S.-based development team, ensuring seamless operational continuity.
Optimize infrastructure for real-time video streaming, leveraging technologies like WebRTC and LiveKit for high-quality performance.
Manage medical device integrations, incorporating diverse equipment into the platform seamlessly.
Lead technical governance initiatives to maintain system reliability and scalability.
Requirements
Extensive experience managing cloud infrastructure in production environments.
Proficiency with real-time video technologies such as WebRTC or LiveKit.
Strong knowledge of healthcare integration standards, including HL7 and clinical templates; familiarity with PointClickCare is preferred.
Expertise in implementing DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and environment management.
Proven ability to provide technical oversight for offshore development teams.
Solid understanding of security engineering principles in regulated environments.
Hands-on experience with medical device integration and clinical data workflows.
Familiarity with Active Directory, backup technologies, and configuration management tools.
