RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Support Operations Analyst IV to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The Analyst's primary goal will be to drive revenue through direct sales activity while simultaneously analyzing what marketing efforts are working to fix the "broken bridge" between marketing spend and sales results.
Core Responsibilities:
Marketing Analytics & Attribution (The "Scientist"):
* Attribution Modeling: Implement and monitor attribution models (e.g., First-Touch vs. Multi-Touch) to determine which marketing channels (Webinars, SEO, Paid Ads) are actually driving revenue, not just "vanity metrics" like clicks.
* Campaign ROI Analysis: Track the cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-opportunity of marketing campaigns to recommend where budget should be increased or cut.
* Inbound Funnel Optimization: Analyze the drop-off points in the inbound funnel (e.g., "Why do 50% of leads drop off after the demo request page?") and suggest fixes
Sales Rigor & BDR Execution (The "Hunter"):
* Inbound Lead Response: Act as the "first responder" for inbound marketing leads, ensuring a <5 minute response time during business hours to maximize conversion
* Outbound Prospecting: Continue high-volume outbound efforts (cold calls/emails) targeting accounts that resemble the "best performing" inbound leads (Lookalike Audiences)
* Pipeline Hygiene: Enforce CRM discipline, ensuring that every opportunity is tagged with the correct "Lead Source" and "Campaign ID" so reports are accurate
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Conversion Rate: MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) to SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) percentage
* Attribution Accuracy: % of closed deals with a verified Lead Source
* Sales Activity: Outbound calls/emails + Inbound lead response time
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales operations, revenue operations, sales support, analytics, focused on strategic and operational impact
* 2-3 years of experience working with customer-facing teams, especially Inbound and SDR
* Experience leading complex projects/programs or organizational change
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (simplifying complex problems and developing data-backed solutions)
* Strong business acumen and creativity
* Strong SQL knowledge and expertise
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
