Job Description:

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of IT experience.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, Incident/Problem/Change/Knowledge Management, and others) using forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and UI pages.  
  • Manage user administration, including creating/updating accounts, roles, groups, permissions, and Access Control Lists (ACLs) to enforce security and least-privilege access.  
  • Support and enhance core ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, release, and asset management; provide troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for platform issues.  
  • Ensure data integrity through import/export processes, CMDB maintenance, and regular audits; manage system logs and data backups.  
  • Provide technical support, end-user training, and comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and customizations.  
  • Participate in upgrade planning, testing, and post-upgrade validation; stay current with ServiceNow releases and best practices.  
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience administering ServiceNow instances in an enterprise environment.  
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (required).  
  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM processes.  
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (including Glide API), HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting/configuration tools.  
  • Strong Analytics and problem Solving Skills
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
