Salary Range: $77,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Allendale that are seeking Test Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Analyze test data, identify trends, and report defects to development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and strategies.
• Perform root cause analysis of failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Configure and troubleshoot test equipment and fixtures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing automated test systems using languages like Python, C#, or LabVIEW.
• Demonstrated ability to design test plans, create test cases, and analyze test data for complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience with various test equipment and instrumentation (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, DMMs, data acquisition systems).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming or industrial automation.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE).
• Knowledge of CMM programming or other automated inspection techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
