Junior Business Systems Analyst

Location: Hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 remote) - Charlotte NC 28237

Duration: Contract through end of year with strong intent to convert to full-time

Role Overview

Our client's team is seeking a Junior Business Systems Analyst to support an increased volume of work tied to FormAssembly configuration and CRM-related activities (preferably SalesForce). This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience (internships count as experience) and are eager to grow in a hands-on systems role.

You'll partner closely with senior team members to take on configuration-heavy work, helping streamline delivery while gaining exposure to enterprise systems, stakeholders, and Salesforce administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
  • Intake, review, and configuration of FormAssembly requests (no coding required)
  • Translate business requirements into form configurations
  • Manage repetitive configuration tasks to free up senior BSAs for higher-level work
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of form outputs
Secondary Responsibilities (CRM / Salesforce Focus)
  • Case management and support
  • Managing user permissions
  • Configuring fields, page layouts, and record types
  • Supporting day-to-day CRM administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
  • OR a Bachelor's degree with relevant internship experience
  • Hands-on experience with FormAssembly UI configuration (must-have)
  • Experience working within a CRM environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid, fast-paced enterprise environment
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Salesforce (Admin-level exposure is a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM concepts such as workflows, permissions, and layouts
  • Exposure to telecom, enterprise services, or operations-heavy teams
  • Interest in growing into a more advanced BSA or systems role over time
Interview Process
  • Round 1: Webex interview with hiring manager and team member focused on form assembly skills
  • Round 2: Short (15-minute) virtual discussion with the director
  • Final Round: Onsite interview with the manager and broader team
  • Interviews will assess form assembly aptitude, CRM knowledge, and team fit.
