Job Responsibilities

Develop research strategies that will not only answer known questions but may reveal previously unidentified factors that should be considered.
Design and conduct generative and evaluative research.
Collect, store, and steward qualitative and quantitative data.
Communicate, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.
Adapt and flex to dynamic project needs and priorities.
Scope problems and objectives that may not be clear to stakeholders and project teams.
Advocate and evangelize to teams who are not yet familiar with UX design and research.

Qualifications

Experience leading substantial qualitative and mixed methods research projects.
Understanding of, and interest in, various UX research methodologies including user interviews, work shadows, focus groups, usability tests and more.
Have work samples which demonstrates your research process and methods as well as your ability to clearly convey your findings
