Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Senior Associate for an Onsite position with a Global Biotechnology Company located in Thousand Oaks, CA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This is a 100% onsite, lab-based role requiring a highly motivated individual to join the bioanalytical sciences group. The ideal candidate will perform experiments, organize data, and analyze results for immunoassays, working within a GMP and GLP environment.
Responsibilities: - Plan and perform immunoassays/ELISAs
- Participate in method validations
- Prepare and analyze biological samples
- Analyze data, interpret results, and develop solutions to technical problems under GxP regulations
- Document and communicate results effectively
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences
- Minimum 3 years of laboratory-based research experience in academic or industrial labs under GxP regulations
- Hands-on experience and knowledge in ELISA/immunoassays
- Strong pipetting technique is a must have
- Experience with regulated bioanalysis
- Strong understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Quality-focused mindset
Desired skills: - Experience with automation systems (Hamilton or Tecam liquid handler)
- Ability to operate specialized laboratory equipment
- Strong organizational and record keeping skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Pay range: up to $28.10 per hour
