Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Primavera Unifier & Web Services Administrator to support the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Primavera Unifier environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET technologies, Windows Server administration, IIS configuration, SQL databases, and enterprise application security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience administering Oracle Primavera Unifier (Version 26 preferred).
Strong experience with VB.NET, C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
Hands-on experience using Microsoft Visual Studio for application development and deployment.
Solid knowledge of SQL Server, database design, database administration, and performance tuning.
Experience configuring and administering Internet Information Services (IIS).
Strong experience supporting Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 environments.
Knowledge of application security, database security, user access management, and compliance best practices.
Experience troubleshooting enterprise web applications and web services.
Ability to create technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and perform knowledge transfer.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Drupal 10/11 administration and development.
Experience publishing web applications from Visual Studio to IIS.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP Web Services and API integrations.
Experience with SSL certificates, authentication, and IIS security configuration.
Familiarity with source control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain Oracle Primavera Unifier environments.
Install, upgrade, patch, and troubleshoot Unifier applications.
Develop and support web applications using VB.NET, C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
Configure, deploy, and manage applications on IIS.
Design, maintain, and optimize SQL databases.
Implement application and database security standards.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.
Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and application teams to ensure system reliability and availability.
