IT Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Malvern, PA Locals or Nearby

Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating the standard laptop image, configuring and testing new devices, and coordinating deployment schedules with employees. The engineer will install required applications, assist with file transfers, and provide hands-on support during device handoffs.
This role also includes post-deployment follow-up to ensure user satisfaction, troubleshooting any issues, and managing the secure collection and recycling of legacy equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in end-user support and device lifecycle management. IT Support certification and/or CompTIA A+ certification is desire
