Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in PostgreSQL to lead large-scale data migration and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling high-volume datasets, managing large onsite / offshore teams, and delivering solutions in high-pressure environments. This role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce (target system) and strong capabilities in designing and implementing NoSQL-based transformations.

Key Responsibilities

·        Design and architect scalable data solutions using PostgreSQL

·        Lead large-scale data migration projects involving huge volumes of data

·        Define and implement data transformation strategies, including NoSQL transformations

·        Architect and oversee Salesforce integration (target system) ensuring data accuracy & consistency

·        Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams for seamless delivery

·        Provide leadership to large distributed teams

·        Design and optimize data ingestion pipelines and ETL processes

·        Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of data systems

·        Troubleshoot issues in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments

·        Implement data governance, security, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

·        12+ years of experience in Data Architecture, with strong expertise in PostgreSQL

·        Proven experience handling large-scale data migrations and high-volume datasets

·        Strong experience with Salesforce as a target system in integration projects

·        Hands-on experience with NoSQL-based data transformations

·        Demonstrated ability to manage and lead large onsite/offshore teams

·        Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

·        Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and database design

·        Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

·        Experience working with Mainframe source systems

·        Familiarity with data ingestion tools like MuleSoft

·        Experience with modern data pipeline and integration frameworks

·        Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
