Please review the following job description:

The Lead Full-Stack Developer is the senior technical lead for full-stack application engineering across the Forge portfolio. This role owns the architecture, delivery standards, and implementation quality for user-facing applications, AI-integrated interfaces, workflow tools, and enterprise-grade application services that operationalize Forge capabilities at scale.
This is a hands-on lead engineering role. The developer sets technical direction, makes architecture decisions, drives code quality, leads delivery execution, and serves as the senior technical voice for full-stack engineering across front-end, back-end, API, and integration layers. The role is expected to build, review, guide, and elevate the engineering team while remaining an active production contributor.
Daily work includes designing application architecture, driving sprint delivery, leading code reviews, building complex features and integrations, setting engineering standards, partnering with product and design, and ensuring AI-enabled applications are performant, secure, accessible, observable, and production-ready.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
  • Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery standards for full-stack application engineering across the Forge portfolio.
  • Design and build enterprise-grade applications, AI-integrated interfaces, workflow tools, and administrative systems that bring Forge capabilities into production use.
  • Lead code reviews, architecture decisions, design discussions, and technical planning sessions across the full-stack engineering team.
  • Set and enforce engineering standards for front-end quality, API design, integration patterns, testing coverage, observability, and release readiness.
  • Build and maintain reusable UI components, application modules, API services, and integration patterns that reduce duplication and accelerate delivery across the portfolio.
  • Drive sprint execution as a senior technical builder - writing production code, resolving complex implementation challenges, and modeling the engineering quality bar for the team.
  • Partner with product, design, AI engineering, agentic engineering, security, QA, and platform teams to deliver AI-enabled applications that are useful, governed, and production-ready.
  • Mentor and elevate full-stack engineers through code reviews, pairing, technical feedback, and implementation guidance.
  • Own observability, performance, reliability, and operational readiness of application-layer services and user-facing capabilities.
  • Translate product and business requirements into technically sound implementation plans, sequenced delivery, and engineering estimates.
  • Contribute reusable architecture patterns, reference implementations, and senior-level engineering judgment to the broader Forge engineering organization.
