Job Title: Salesforce Architect
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with Managed Services/Application Support.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, FSL, Experience Cloud, and Copado.
- Hands-on experience with Flows, Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience leading Salesforce support, triage, backlog management, and SLA-driven issue resolution.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce solution design and platform best practices.
- Experience supporting multi-org environments and managing break/fix enhancements.
- Ability to lead offshore teams and provide technical guidance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
Work Site: Marlborough, MA (3 Days/week onsite)
