Responsibilities:

Salesforce Technical Lead / nCino Technical Architect (Tech Lead)

Lead the technical organization assessment and architecture for a commercial and small business lending solution built on the nCino platform (Salesforce). This role is responsible for standing up a net-new nCino Salesforce org and guiding the build of a new lending platform while serving as a primary technical point of contact with the client.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the tech org assessment for a commercial and small business lending solution and define the technical approach.
Serve as nCino Technical Architect and Tech Lead, providing Salesforce-based architecture leadership for the lending platform.
Set up and configure a new Salesforce org for nCino, establishing foundations for a net-new platform build.
Partner closely with client stakeholders; communicate technical decisions, risks, and recommendations clearly and professionally.

Required Skills / Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience
Deep experience with nCino and the Salesforce platform, including architecture/technical leadership; Salesforce certified
Experience in commercial and small business lending domains.
