Product Owner/TA

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Partial Remote)
Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Technical Product Owner to support Salesforce initiatives, working closely with the business to translate requirements into actionable solutions. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a hands-on, technical capacity, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. The position is a contract through the end of the year with the potential to extend or convert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team for Salesforce projects.
  • Gather, analyze, and define detailed requirements, translating them into user stories and features in Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Participate in day-to-day development activities, supporting the team in a capacity similar to a functional Business Analyst while holding Product Owner responsibilities.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) planning.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure features meet business needs and deliver value.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce, with a focus on Service Cloud and Health Cloud solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a technical Salesforce environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce is required.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience and comfort participating in all Agile ceremonies, including retrospectives, planning, and refinements.
  • Experience gathering and defining requirements, writing user stories, and managing features in ADO or similar tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the health insurance industry is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated pay range for this position is $65.00/hr to $80.00/hr. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and market conditions.
