Field Services / Desktop Support Technician to support critical hospital operations through hands-on device refreshes and on-site technical support in
Milwaukee. In this role, you'll be a trusted IT presence for hospital staff-ensuring the technology they rely on every day is ready, reliable, and secure.

What You'll Be DoingDesktop & Laptop Support- Perform laptop and desktop refreshes, including:
- Hardware installation
- System configuration
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Ensure equipment is properly configured and ready for use
On-Site Hospital Support- Provide in-person technical support to hospital staff in Milwaukee
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally
- Communicate clearly with non-technical users in a clinical setting
Documentation & Inventory- Maintain accurate records of:
- Equipment inventory
- Service requests
- Completed tasks
- Follow hospital IT policies and procedures
Team Collaboration- Work closely with IT team members to resolve issues efficiently
- Share updates and documentation to support consistent service delivery
What We're Looking ForCore Qualifications- Experience in a field services or desktop support role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Ability to follow procedures in a regulated environment
Technical Skills- Desktop and laptop installation and support
- Hardware and basic software troubleshooting
- Basic networking knowledge (a plus)
- Understanding of basic cybersecurity best practices
Education & Experience- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are a plus
- Healthcare IT experience preferred, but not required

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
