Key Responsibilities

  • Perform laptop and desktop refresh activities, including hardware installation, software configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide reliable on-site technical support to end users.
  • Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of equipment inventory, service requests, and completed work.
  • Collaborate closely with IT team members to escalate and resolve technical issues as needed.
  • Support IT initiatives such as deployments, upgrades, and hardware replacements.

Qualifications

  • CompTIA A+ certification required (candidates actively working toward A+ will also be considered).
  • Proven experience in a field services or technical support role.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both medical and non-technical staff.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to lift, move, and install computer equipment, including desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.

This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
