· 10+ years of hands-on techno functional expertise in HCM Oracle Recruiting Cloud with following ffunctionalities:

· Talent Acquisition

· Sourcing and Engagement

· Onboarding

· Integration

· Should have experience in developing / configuring ORC as per business requirements in following:

· Revise requisition templates

· Revise Offer Letter generation

· Well versed with Requirements gathering, Design, Development/configure and Unit Testing phases

· Excellent customer facing verbal and written communication skills.
