Summary

Role: HCM Functional Consultant w/ Oracle Cloud

Duration :6+ months with potential to extend

Location: San Bernadino, CA

Travel: remote with 2-3 trips onsite (expenses reimbursed)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of Oracle HCM Cloud for a City/County or public sector organization. The consultant will work closely with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions.
Strong functional knowledge of HR business processes.
Experience working with City/County or Public Sector HR environments (preferred).
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM configuration and testing.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
