Summary

Role: HCM Architect w/Oracle Cloud

Duration :6+ months with potential to extend

Location: San Bernadino, CA

Travel: remote with 2-3 trips onsite (expenses reimbursed

We are looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for City/County or public sector clients. This role requires deep functional and architectural expertise with the ability to align HR strategy with Oracle Cloud capabilities.
Oracle HCM experience with extensive Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
Proven experience as an HCM Architect or Lead Consultant.
Strong understanding of City/County / Public Sector HR, Payroll, and Union environments.
Expertise in Oracle HCM security, integrations, and reporting.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
