Oracle HCM Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with strong public sector experience to support large, complex HR organizations. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on expertise in Oracle Core HR and Workforce Compensation and has led multiple full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.

This role requires a functional expert who can confidently partner with HR stakeholders in city, county, municipal, or K-12 education environments, providing strategic guidance and system configuration expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations (design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support)

• Serve as a functional lead for Core HR and Workforce Compensation modules

• Work directly with HR departments and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM solutions

• Configure and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM to support complex public-sector HR structures

• Provide expert guidance on best practices, process improvements, and system adoption

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution design sessions

• Support data validation, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and production readiness activities

• Ensure compliance with public-sector HR policies and reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3 5+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as a functional lead or senior consultant

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Oracle Core HR

  • Oracle Workforce Compensation

• Proven experience working with public sector organizations such as:

  • City or county governments

  • Municipal agencies

  • Public institutions
