Join a 24x7 Network Operations Center supporting critical enterprise network infrastructure in a fast-paced production environment. We're seeking a Network Operations Specialist with experience supporting Cisco networks, Windows Server environments, and enterprise monitoring tools. This role involves troubleshooting network and server issues, monitoring infrastructure, resolving incidents, and ensuring high availability across mission-critical systems. Ideal candidates have strong Cisco networking skills, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and are comfortable working a rotating 12-hour shift schedule. Experience with SolarWinds, Cisco technologies, WAN networking, and network monitoring tools is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level support for network, server, and SCADA-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure using network management tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Cisco routing, switching, firewall, WAN, and network performance issues.
- Support Microsoft server environments and critical business applications.
- Monitor and resolve network circuit outages, utilization issues, and connectivity problems.
- Support remote SCADA devices, plant control networks, and associated infrastructure.
- Manage and resolve NOC tickets while maintaining ownership through resolution.
- Perform packet analysis and advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic tools.
- Maintain network operations documentation, procedures, and reports.
- Support data center environmental monitoring systems.
- Process replacement equipment and coordinate field support activities.
- Follow established IT security policies and operational procedures.
qualifications:
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CCNA certification or equivalent Cisco networking experience.
Minimum 4 years of enterprise Cisco network support experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years of Microsoft server support experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems.
Experience troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and Nexus devices.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and the OSI model.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work a flexible schedule supporting a 24x7 operations environment.
