Role Overview
This role serves as a data analyst responsible for process design and build to assist in the resolution of critical service incidents related to corporate mobile technology. The position requires a logical problem-solver who can work autonomously through challenges while also engaging and collaborating effectively with team members. The role is designated as on-site.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with MS SQL Server.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong data analysis skills, including experience with MS Excel and MS Access.
- Effective presentation skills, particularly with MS PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
- A degree-level education or equivalent work experience.
- ITIL v4 certification.
- Experience with Mobile/SMS technology.
Compensation & Benefits
A competitive pay rate is offered for this contract position, with a range of $65.00 to $70.24 per hour. Specific benefits packages may be available to eligible employees.
