Summary

Job Summary:
The IT Support Analyst provides frontline technical support for Windows-based environments, serving as a key resource for troubleshooting, user support, and identity management. This role supports day-to-day IT operations by resolving end-user issues, managing accounts in Active Directory and Azure, and documenting work through a ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Windows 10 systems, including troubleshooting OS, hardware, and application issues
  • Serve as first-level support for end users by diagnosing and resolving helpdesk incidents and service requests
  • Reset passwords and manage user access in Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Troubleshoot common issues related to login, email, applications, printers, and network access
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and escalations using an IT ticketing system
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 support with detailed documentation
  • Follow IT processes, SLAs, and security best practices
  • Deliver clear, professional communication to users with varying technical skill levels

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3+ years of experience supporting Windows 10 environments
  • 1-3+ years of hands-on helpdesk or IT support experience
  • Experience resetting passwords and providing user account support
  • 1-3+ years working with Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Experience using an IT ticketing system in a support environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting enterprise users in a corporate IT environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Paulsboro, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.00/hr.
