About the Opportunity
TechniPros is seeking an experienced QA Tester / Test Lead for a long-term opportunity in Suitland, MD. This role starts remote but candidates should be open to potential onsite work in the future. Note: W2 only, no C2C.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans
- Create test data, test cases, and scenarios from requirements
- Conduct test planning, analysis, documentation, and coordination
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure adherence to QA standards and quality control procedures
- Write SQL queries for test data retrieval and updates
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in application design, development, and/or testing
- 6+ years creating test data, test cases, and scenarios from requirements
- 6+ years in test planning, analysis, documentation, and coordination
- 5+ years with QA standards and quality control procedures
- 5+ years creating test cases from use cases/user stories
- 5+ years SDLC, DBMS concepts, and design techniques
- 5+ years automated testing & CI experience
- 3+ years writing SQL for test data retrieval/updates
Preferred Skills
- Selenium / automated testing frameworks
- Accessibility testing (Section 508 compliance)
- Browser compatibility testing
- Performance testing
- Technical leadership experience
