TechniPros is seeking an experienced QA Tester / Test Lead for a long-term opportunity with our client in Suitland, MD. This role offers remote work initially with potential for onsite work in the future. W2 candidates only - no C2C.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and scenarios from requirements and user stories
- Execute test planning, analysis, documentation, and coordination activities
- Perform application testing including automated testing and CI/CD integration
- Ensure adherence to QA standards and quality control procedures
- Write SQL queries for test data creation, retrieval, and updates
- Collaborate with development teams throughout the SDLC
Required Qualifications (6+ years experience)
- Application design, development, and testing experience
- Creating test data, test cases, and scenarios from requirements
- Test planning, analysis, documentation, and coordination
- QA standards and quality control procedures
- Creating test cases from use cases/user stories
- SDLC, DBMS concepts, and design techniques
- Automated testing and CI experience
- SQL for test data retrieval/updates (3+ years)
Preferred Skills
- Selenium and automated testing frameworks
- Accessibility testing (Section 508 compliance)
- Browser compatibility testing
- Performance testing
- Technical leadership experience
