Description :

Due to the volume of systems,interdependencies, servers, and various locations throughout the state,additional staff is needed to support the effort. The team will ensure systemsare set up following industry’s best practices to ensure strategic initiativesand compliance with federal and state regulatory laws and ensure businesscontinuity.

This position will be a partof the team responsible for supporting Microsoft Dynamics and Power platform.They will also be involved with supporting the day-to-day operations.

Candidates should beself-motivated, team-oriented, work under limited supervision, and respond topriority tasks as needed.

Daily Duties /Responsibilities:

Emphases for the Web/Internetcandidate will be support of our Office 365 Government G5 Dynamics and powerplatform to support existing systems and other Health solutions.

Specific duties andresponsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

•                 Design, develop,and implement scalable business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and thePower Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).

•                 Build andmaintain model-driven and canvas applications, including advanced configurationof forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.

•                 Customize andextend Dynamics 365 applications (Customer Service, Field Service, Finance& Operations) to meet complex business requirements.

•                 Develop andimplement C# plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript-based form scripting tosupport advanced business logic.

•                 Architect andmanage Dataverse data models, including entities (tables), relationships, anddata structures aligned with enterprise standards.

•                 Design andimplement end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate, includingapprovals, integrations, and event-driven workflows.

•                 IntegrateDynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with external systems (AzureFunctions, REST APIs, SharePoint, SQL, ERP/CRM systems, and third-partyservices).

•                 Lead and supportdata migrations, system integrations, and API development, ensuring dataintegrity and performance optimization.

•                 Configure andenforce security models, including role-based access, field-level security, andcompliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

•                 ManageApplication Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, including solution design,version control, deployment, patching, and environment promotion(Dev/Test/Prod).

•                 Develop anddeploy custom solution packages and manage environment configurations acrossDynamics 365 and Azure ecosystems.

•                 Monitor,troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, ensuring high availability,scalability, and reliability.

•                 Collaborate withbusiness stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technicalsolutions, and align with strategic objectives.

•                 Provide technicalleadership and mentorship to developers, functional consultants, and projectteams

•                 Supportproduction environments, including issue resolution, enhancements, andpost-go-live optimization.

•                 Develop andmaintain Power BI dashboards and report solutions to support operational andexecutive decision-making.

•                 Ensure adherenceto IT governance, development standards, and security best practices (CIS,NIST, organizational policies).

•                 Maintaincomprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture,configurations, procedures, and support guides.

•                 Assist indesigning enterprise system architectures that align with long-term businessand technology strategies.

•                 Monitor systemusage, analyze performance metrics, and recommend continuous improvements.

•                 Support andadminister integrations within Microsoft 365 (including GCC environments),ensuring proper access controls and data governance.

•                 Participate incross-functional collaboration to design holistic solutions that integratemultiple systems and business processes.
