RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Field Marketing Strategy & Operations Specialist in support of our enterprise networking and cloud solutions customer based in San Jose, CA.
Core Responsibilities:
Field Marketing Operations & Data Management:
* Maintain and manage core Field Marketing trackers, ensuring real-time accuracy and usability for sales and marketing teams
* Partner with Strategy & Operations (S&C) and Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) to enrich account data and resolve gaps
* Track and report on strategic campaign codes and opportunity alignment across programs
* Monitor nomination pipelines and opportunity influence to ensure alignment with business priorities
Campaign & Event Infrastructure:
* Create and manage campaign codes, Cvent meeting IDs, and SharePoint campaign hubs to support program execution
* Ensure all campaign infrastructure is properly set up, tracked, and aligned to reporting requirements
* Maintain and update the AMER Field Marketing calendar to reflect all active programs and priorities
Reporting, Analytics & QA:
* Perform QA across key reporting tools including trackers, leaderboard metrics, and Power BI dashboards
* Support development of pre- and post-event opportunity reporting tied to campaign performance
* Analyze data to inform targeting strategies and improve overall program effectiveness
* Validate list uploads and ensure accuracy of reporting inputs across systems
Executive Engagement & Sales Enablement:
* Support Field Marketing Managers in building executive-ready materials, including pre-event briefings and ongoing program decks
* Contribute to attendee targeting and data validation to support high-value engagement programs
* Maintain detailed tracking and reporting to enable sales follow-up and pipeline acceleration
REQUIREMENTS:
* 6-8 years of experience in marketing operations, field marketing, or related roles
* Strong operational discipline with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency
* Experience working across marketing systems (SFDC, Power BI, Cvent, SharePoint)
* Highly detail-oriented with a strong QA mindset
* Proven ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
* Strong collaboration skills across Field Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
* Ability to produce clear, concise, executive-ready outputs
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
