Job Title: IT Service Delivery - MOC Technician

Location: Anacostia - DC (Training/Clearance Read-On) and Ft. Meade, MD (Post Training)

Duration: Long Term Contract (W2 Hourly) - Goes until July 2029

SHIFT AND LOCATIONS
  • Training Schedule - Anacostia, MD
    • Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Clearance Read-On Schedule - Ft Meade, MD (Swing Space)
    • Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • **Helping with Field Service Techs and training**
  • Once Cleared - Ft. Meade, MD (Cleared Space)
    • Shift: 12 Hour Shift - 3 days on, 4 days off. Times: TBD, prefers someone that is flexible to night


MUST HAVES:
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI CI Poly | 5+ years of experience | Security+ CE (please send copy)
  • Strong onsite IT Support (HW/SW and networking issues)
  • Preferably experience within a Maritime Operations Center (MOC)or similar


Day-to-day Responsibilities:
  • Reimage, ticketing system, troubleshoot, and general IT support within the Maritime Operations Center.
  • Assist the field services technicians on-site.
  • Responsible for ensuring the internal processes related to Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and delivery are applied and used across the enterprise to ensure timely resolution of incidents and drive high availability.
  • This role will leverage processes, utilizing Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices, to ensure the IT organization designs, deploys and sustains high quality, highly available solutions that align with business and IT strategic objectives.
  • Primary areas of responsibility will be within the areas of incident, problem, change, and availability management.
  • This role will also ensure that IT has the appropriate level of process definition, rigor, and reporting to deliver the highest level of availability, quality, value, flexibility and visibility to the organization.
  • Experience with Project Management (PM) and customer service skills, along with a general understanding of related technologies.
