Job DescriptionIn this role you will coordinate with the Government and the ServiceNow ITOM Architect to design, implement, and configure ServiceNow Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities as the selected automated network discovery tool. At first, you will participate in enterprise discovery workshops with Government stakeholders to make key decisions impacting execution of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) system and project and to facilitate any required policy changes. You will then implement, configure, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM with an integration to Axonius. You will also contribute to contract deliverables including test plans, CMDB Solution Strategy, Architecture Plan, and a security assessment.
- Experience implementing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models.
- Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization's business areas.
- Working knowledge of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
