Job Description
Seeking an experienced Regulated Messaging Engineer to join our global team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining messaging compliance platforms that meet stringent regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions.
You will work on Electronic Compliance and Retention Governance, ensuring secure and compliant communication retention across platforms like Microsoft Teams, Symphony, and Bloomberg. Expertise in Proofpoint Enterprise Archive for compliant email and messaging archiving and retention is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deploy regulated messaging solutions that meet global compliance requirements.
Implement Electronic Compliance and Retention Governance frameworks for messaging and email.
Configure, test, and manage Proofpoint for archiving and retention.
Integrate messaging compliance solutions with platforms like Teams, Symphony, Bloomberg.
Drive complex migrations and ensure adherence to change control, security, and regulatory standards.
Communicate program updates and project milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements: (What We're Looking For)
10+ years of experience delivering technology solutions in regulated environments.
Hands-on experience with Proofpoint (archiving, encryption, compliance policy management).
Strong knowledge of Electronic Compliance and Retention Governance.
Proficiency in Python scripting and MSSQL database navigation.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and compliance services.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Visio and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
