Location: 1755 Broadway, New York, NY 10019 -Onsite
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay range: $20 to $22 per hour (DOE)Job Description:- Coordinate production, order management, and administrative activities to support daily business operations.
- Manage and process purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate records across internal systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and operational tracking, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
- Maintain and update order management tools, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow execution.
- Generate reports and provide operational updates to management.
- Support retail operations and assist with process improvements where needed.
- Work within ERP systems such as Navision, SAP, or similar platforms to manage production and order-related activities.
- Ensure accuracy, quality control, and attention to detail across all assigned tasks.
Qualifications:- 0–2 years of professional experience; entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, SUM formulas, and data analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Experience supporting retail operations, order management, or administrative functions.
- Strong data entry experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Purchase order management experience preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Navision, SAP, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage large datasets and maintain accurate records. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- Retail, wholesale, apparel, or fashion industry experience.
- Experience handling high-volume operational or administrative workloads.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to provide accurate reporting and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
