Senior Data Scientist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Armonk, NY that is seeking a Senior Data Scientist.

Summary:
Senior Data Scientists lead the design and implementation of scalable, reusable data science products and advanced machine learning solutions. They partner across engineering and business teams to deliver strategic insights, guide statistical and machine learning approaches, mentor junior team members, and drive enterprise-level analytics initiatives and innovation.

Responsibilities:
* Lead enterprise-level machine learning and analytics initiatives
* Architect scalable data science frameworks and reusable solutions
* Develop advanced predictive and statistical models for complex business problems
* Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior and mid-level team members
* Collaborate with leadership teams to define analytics strategy and roadmap
* Drive innovation and best practices in AI, machine learning, and data science

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI-focused roles
* Advanced expertise with Python, R, Azure ML, and Databricks
* Deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and AI techniques
* Experience deploying enterprise-scale analytical solutions in cloud environments
* Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience
* Strong executive communication and presentation skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
