Ironclad Application Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ironclad Application Specialist to manage the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of the Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and configuring Ironclad workflows, supporting users, managing testing, and ensuring smooth application implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure Ironclad workflows based on business requirements.

• Manage user roles, permissions, owners, approvers, and signers.

• Perform application testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Conduct user training and onboarding sessions.

• Coordinate legacy data migration into Ironclad.

• Provide ongoing application support, maintenance, and enhancements.

• Manage implementation activities and coordinate with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Ironclad CLM.

• Ironclad Administrator Certification (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and workflow configuration.

• Experience with application testing, UAT, and data migration.

• Ability to manage user roles, permissions, and workflow approvals.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a small, fast-paced team.
