Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on Ironclad CLM Implementation & Administration
• Ironclad Workflow Designer: Forms, approval routing, conditional logic, clauses and templates
• Dynamic Repository: Metadata, Smart Import, access controls and obligation tracking
• Ironclad AI: AI Assist, AI-powered redlining, playbooks and clause extraction
• Ironclad Integrations: Salesforce, Workday, Coupa, NetSuite, DocuSign
• Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks & E-Signature Integrations
• End-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management, compliance and risk mitigation
• Contract migration, reporting, dashboards and process optimization
• Strong stakeholder management across Legal, Procurement, Finance and Operations

Preferred Skills

Ironclad Clickwrap | GDPR | SOX | CPCM/CCM Certifications | Icertis, Agiloft, Conga or DocuSign CLM Migration
