Job Overview:
Pay Range: $30.00hr - $32.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Experience coordinating projects, processes, or administrative operations, preferably in procurement or a related business function.
- Demonstrated ability to organize information and create tools that improve visibility, accountability, and workflow management.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with leadership.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement projects from intake through completion by tracking milestones, scheduling meetings, and documenting decisions and action items.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal departments, procurement staff, and suppliers, providing timely updates and follow-up.
- Manage procurement intake process to include review, prioritizing, and routing requests to procurement resources after discussion with the Procurement Director.
- Track project status, deadlines, dependencies, and risks using SharePoint.
- Help develop and implement SharePoint tools for tracking intake and status.
- Support the procurement department by maintaining accurate documentation and tracking deliverables.
- Ensure procurement activities move forward efficiently, consistently, and in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows.
- Use SharePoint and other technology to organize information and improve visibility into procurement activities.
