Position Summary:
Title: Mobility Engineer
Duration: 8 Months – Long Term
Location: Washington, DC 20433 (100% Onsite)
Overview:
Candidate’s position is to design, implement, and support cloud‑based management solutions for Apple and mobile devices, ensuring secure configurations, automation of workflows, cross‑platform integration, and alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
The ITS Mobility team is responsible for delivering secure, efficient, and scalable management of macOS, iOS, Android, and Chromebook devices across the enterprise. As the organization expands its adoption of cloud‑managed Apple platforms, there is a growing need for advanced engineering expertise in JAMF, Intune, Azure identity integration, automation, and modern mobility architecture.
Must Have Experience:
- 10+ years designing and managing mobility services on platforms such as JAMF, Intune, Workspace ONE.
- At least 5 years hands on experience with latest macOS releases and JAMF ecosystem.
- Proven background supporting iOS, Android, and macOS, including device log analysis and packet capture.
- Experience integrating Azure AD, Kerberos SSO, SCEP/PKI, Splunk, VPNs (Global Protect), Citrix, and Nessus.
Certifications:
• JAMF Certified (Level 300/370 or 400).
• Intune or other MDM Administrator certification.
