Description
We are looking for an experienced AI Business Analyst/Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to evaluate operational processes, identify opportunities for AI integration, and document detailed business specifications. Based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to transformative projects within the financial services sector.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analyses of operational workflows to determine areas suitable for AI-driven automation while identifying processes that require human involvement.
Develop and maintain detailed business specifications and process documentation to ensure clarity and alignment with project objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design AI automation strategies that support organizational digital transformation goals.
Assist in the development and deployment of AI agents within the client's operational framework, ensuring optimal functionality.
Leverage expertise in Claude AI software to create innovative business solutions and document technical requirements.
Ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams by maintaining precise and detailed documentation.
Provide strategic insights into the integration of AI technologies, enhancing efficiency and productivity across critical service areas.
Support the training and implementation of AI tools while addressing challenges and optimizing their performance.
Requirements
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on documentation and analytical processes.
Proven track record of developing and deploying AI agents in business settings, demonstrating practical expertise.
Proficiency in Claude AI software, with the ability to utilize it effectively for business solutions.
Strong ability to distinguish between processes suitable for AI automation and those requiring human oversight.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across remote teams.
Self-driven and highly organized, with the ability to manage tasks independently in a fully remote environment.
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and Business Intelligence platforms.
Background knowledge in Political Science, Criminal Justice, or related fields is a plus.
