Now Hiring: ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Remote | W2 Only) 🚨

We are actively seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity and we are currently considering W2 candidates only.

Please note: This is a Technical Consultant role, not a ServiceNow Developer position. We are looking for professionals with a strong consulting background who can partner with stakeholders, provide solution guidance, and lead technical implementations.

Required Qualifications

✅ 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience (or similar Enterprise SaaS platform experience)

✅ 5+ years of practitioner experience in one or more of the following areas:

Infrastructure Operations
Internal Controls / Audit
Security Operations
Asset Management

✅ ServiceNow Certifications:

Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification

✅ Proven consulting experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions

What You''ll Do

Serve as a trusted technical advisor during client workshops and solution discussions
Collaborate with Business Process Consultants (BPCs) to assess requirements and provide implementation recommendations
Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices with a focus on configuration over customization
Lead technical delivery efforts, including managing timelines, priorities, and technical resources
Support process definition, process improvement, gap analysis, and future-state design initiatives
Drive successful implementation of ServiceNow workflows and platform capabilities
Provide expertise on scalable, maintainable, and business-aligned ServiceNow solutions
