React Developer

Job Description

• Experienced React Software Developer responsible for evolving existing systems and developing innovative solutions.

• Collaborates with a dynamic, agile, and globally distributed development team.

• Works with experienced technical teams across multiple time zones.

• Supports solutions across Reinsurance, Enterprise Risk, Pricing, and Modelling Systems.

• Contributes throughout the complete software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce, test, and deploy code within a large distributed development team.

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Develop and enhance applications using React and related technologies.

• Perform unit testing, system testing, user acceptance testing, and warranty support.

• Integrate new capabilities into production environments.

• Manage technical dependencies with development, infrastructure, security, and other teams.

• Improve, prioritize, and automate capabilities across the development stack.

• Deliver solutions aligned with defined technical and business roadmaps.

• Collaborate across Business Technology Solutions teams to support system integration.

• Share technical knowledge and contribute to development technology roadmaps.

• Support enhancements to existing solutions and development of new capabilities.

• Apply critical thinking and creativity to solve complex technical problems.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities appropriate to the role.
