Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality business intelligence solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization, SQL, and data modelling, with the ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports
Build interactive visualizations using filters, parameters, and calculated fields
Connect Tableau to various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and performance tuning
Perform data blending, joins, and transformations across multiple data sources
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and dashboard performance optimization
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
Implement best practices in data visualization and storytelling
Manage Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud including publishing, scheduling, and user access
Implement data security and governance including role-based access
Create and maintain technical documentation for dashboards, reports, and data sources
Troubleshoot and resolve BI and reporting issues

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
Expertise in SQL
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design
Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts
Hands-on experience with Tableau Prep / Excel for data preparation
Understanding of ETL processes and data integration
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
