Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple projects and initiatives within the Wealth Management Technology division. The candidate will work closely with critical stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes, supporting the Wealth Management Business through efficient planning and execution. This role offers a mix of business and technical aspects, requiring strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and the ability to deliver clear verbal and written communications. The candidate will report to the Fleet Delivery Lead and collaborate with global teams to deliver firm-priority programs and business reporting applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead program and project management efforts, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Act as a Scrum Master, driving efficient planning and execution of technology projects.
  • Collaborate across technology organizations to provide sound business analysis and process leadership within an Agile framework.
  • Develop and revise processes and guidelines to ensure adherence to application development standards.
  • Build program and project status reports aligned with enterprise project portfolios.
  • Provide transparency to senior management regarding portfolio issues, risks, and recommend strategies for effective operations.
  • Conduct project or program audits to ensure standards and scopes are met.
  • Communicate effectively with management, offering recommendations for optimizing business operations and resources.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, resolving scheduling conflicts to meet deadlines.
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint for program management.

Qualifications:
  • At least 7+ years of program and project management experience in a matrixed environment.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master with successful delivery of projects.
  • Strong business acumen and technical competency to bridge technology and business needs.
  • Experience in business requirements elaboration, systems and process flow analysis, and meeting critical milestones.
  • Ability to manage core functions within an Agile Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) framework.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in financial services technology projects, particularly in Wealth Management and Banking technology.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working in a dynamic environment with limited supervision.
  • Ability to extract, explore, and analyze data to address critical business problems.

Pay Range: $90 - $100

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
