Product Analyst

Position: Product Analyst II (Data/Digital)
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Job Type: 6 months Contract with potential extension
Experience: 2+ years in Product/Business Analysis

Role Overview

This role will support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of digital and data products focused on improving the experience of patients, families, and staff. The Product Analyst will work closely with enterprise stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, develop user stories, identify value propositions, and contribute to the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical, business, research, and enterprise stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
• Develop business requirements, user stories, workflow diagrams, and solution documentation.
• Analyze business problems and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Support digital and data product development, implementation, and ongoing management.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, problems, and innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics using Tableau and Power BI.
• Support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Participate in Agile project management and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with application builds, reports, forms, websites, and other technology solutions.
• Provide training and support to users and stakeholders during system implementations and rollouts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned systems and business functions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of Product Analysis and/or Business Analysis experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a Cerner / Oracle Health environment is required.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience gathering requirements directly from users and translating them into workflows/application builds.
• Experience analyzing and recommending technical solutions.
• Healthcare Information Systems experience is preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
