Role Overview
This role is for a senior engineer who enjoys solving business problems and values code quality. You will join a large wealth management organization where technology plays a critical role in delivering secure, high-quality solutions. You will work on meaningful systems used across the business, with the backing of enterprise-level resources and well-defined processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements and technical specifications into well-designed software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues reported by internal teams or clients.
- Document findings, root causes, and recommended solutions.
- Perform maintenance and defect remediation on existing systems.
- Write and execute unit tests; contribute to test plans and test harnesses.
- Investigate and suggest solutions to defects and problems identified during testing.
- Collaborate with other engineers, testers, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 6-10 years of experience in a software engineering or comparable technical role.
Technical Skills: Proven ability to interpret technical requirements and deliver working solutions. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with unit testing and structured testing practices.
Professional Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $55.00 to $65.00 per hour. The final pay rate will be determined based on experience and qualifications. A benefits package is available for this position.
