Duration: Contract through end of year
About the RoleWe are seeking a
Technical Product Manager to lead the development of automation and payment solutions that power large-scale business procurement experiences.
In this role, you will own the
end-to-end product lifecycle-from strategy and roadmap development through execution and global rollout. You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer experience to deliver scalable solutions that simplify complex workflows and improve efficiency for business users.
This is a highly visible role within a fast-growing environment where you will have the opportunity to directly influence product direction and customer outcomes at scale.
What You'll Do- Own product strategy, vision, and long-term roadmap aligned to business objectives
- Define and track KPIs to measure product performance and customer impact
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to define requirements and drive execution
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
- Lead customer research and insights to shape product investments and experience design
- Use data and experimentation to identify product gaps and prioritize improvements
- Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and drive scalable solutions
- Launch pilot initiatives, analyze performance, iterate quickly, and scale successful features globally
What Success Looks Like- You operate independently and take full ownership of product outcomes, not just delivery
- You are comfortable diving deep into technical systems and partnering closely with engineers on tradeoffs and design decisions
- You can take ambiguous problems and turn them into structured, actionable product plans
- You consistently use data and customer insights to drive decision-making and prioritization
- You influence across teams and build alignment without direct authority
- You deliver measurable impact through successful product launches and ongoing optimization
Basic Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology roles
- Experience delivering software products end-to-end-from concept through customer deployment
- Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and contributing to technical discussions
- Strong understanding of product tradeoffs and execution in a software environment
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working on platforms related to payments, automation, or complex business workflows
- Familiarity with data-driven product experimentation and optimization
- Exposure to generative AI tools and ability to identify opportunities to enhance products or workflows
- Track record of building products in fast-paced, iterative environments
What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out- High ownership over product strategy, roadmap, and execution
- Direct collaboration with engineering and design on complex technical solutions
- Opportunity to shape customer experience at scale within a growing business
- Fast-paced, highly iterative environment with global impact
Ideal Candidate ProfileYou are a
technical product leader who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys working closely with engineering teams to bring products to life. You have experience building software products, can communicate effectively across stakeholders, and are driven by delivering meaningful customer and business outcomes.
