Role Overview
We are seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and maintainsolutions that integrate with Salesforce and other enterprise systems. This role involves architecting agentic systems, defining agent actions, and optimizing large language models to enhance performance and accuracy. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to build robust, scalable, and secure applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions that integrate with Salesforce, enterprise systems, and APIs.
- Define and orchestrate agent actions, configure agent topics, and optimize prompt engineering strategies.
- Develop APIs to facilitate the integration of AI agents with enterprise systems.
- Implement authentication and authorization techniques such as IAM, OAuth, JWT, and SigV4.
- Develop backend processes for data retrieval, validation, and enrichment for AI agent knowledge bases.
- Build and maintain pipelines to monitor agent accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Monitor system performance, implement optimizations, and ensure compliance with security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- Designing and implementing Agentforce solutions in enterprise environments.
- Working with Data Cloud or similar data integration platforms.
- Architecting agentic systems and intelligent automation platforms using Amazon Bedrock.
- Working with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Strands.
Technical Skills:- Proficiency in services including Bedrock, AgentCore, ECS/Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and Knowledge Bases.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and large language model optimization.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated pay rate for this position is between $54.00 and $64.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, and skill level.
