Role Overview
We are supporting a large-scale enterprise security deployment focused on rolling out an authenticator application and ensuring device compliance. This initiative requires a team of hands-on technicians to support high-volume device setup and configuration in a professional environment. This role is ideal for junior-level candidates or early-career IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure a required authenticator application on user devices.
- Enroll and configure devices within a mobile device management tool for compliance.
- Follow defined deployment procedures to ensure accurate and consistent setup.
- Support a high-volume rollout environment.
- Assist users with basic setup questions and troubleshooting during deployment.
- Track and document device installation and completion status.
- Work across a variety of devices, primarily in MacOS environments.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of IT support, desktop support, or technical experience.
- Basic familiarity with MacOS devices (Windows experience is also helpful).
- Strong ability to follow structured processes and step-by-step instructions.
- Comfortable performing repetitive, high-volume technical tasks.
- Good communication skills and a customer-facing mindset.
- General technical aptitude (CompTIA A+ or equivalent is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to device deployment, imaging, or hardware/software installation.
- Familiarity with mobile device management tools, such as Intune.
- Experience in large-scale rollout or refresh projects.
