The ideal candidate will be an experienced, detail-oriented professional capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and MFA/SSO tools.
  • Familiarity with mobile device enrollment via Apple Business Manager and Google Zero-Touch Enrollment.
  • Understanding of endpoint security fundamentals such as encryption and compliance policies.
  • Experience with an ITSM ticketing system like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for deployment automation.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified, or Jamf Certified Associate.
