About the RoleWe are seeking a
Data Management Analyst to join the Chief Data Office (CDO) within the Enterprise Data Simplification and Management team. In this role, you will support the development of a
Customer ADS (Analytical Data Strategy) and help build a compelling business case to secure 2027 funding.
This position is business-focused (not technical engineering) and requires strong strategic thinking, data governance expertise, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to executive leadership.
What You'll Do- Analyze enterprise data to support the development of a Customer ADS strategy
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights and business recommendations
- Partner with stakeholders across business and leadership teams to align on strategy
- Develop and contribute to executive-level presentations and funding proposals
- Support the creation of a compelling, data-driven business case for 2027 initiatives
- Drive disciplined execution, track outcomes, and ensure delivery against timelines
- Balance innovation with practical implementation in a highly regulated environment
Minimum Qualifications- Experience in data management, data governance, or data strategy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into insights
- Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
- Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries
- Background in customer analytics or enterprise data strategy
- Demonstrated leadership in driving strategic initiatives or transformation efforts
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels
- Strong understanding of data management risks and governance principles
